If I am using ice in the shake (in the blender), how much water should I use. I find it makes a really large shake if I use water and ice, and that will be too much after surgery. So how do you measure it with two scoops? How many peices of ice, to how much water? So far, PS100 is my favorite. The chocolate flavor. I tried a little S/F jello with it and it was yummy.
