Guest guest
Cindy, I am confused. The last time we spoke your cervix was 2.4 cm with funneling and the doc was not that concerned. When you went to the ER you cervix was the same length? Yes? how can you have a cervical length when from this e mail it says you have funneled to the stitch. Is this correct.? This would mean you funneled all the way to the stitch and have no cervix left. The stitch is stretching out b/c it is funneling and the stitch is holding the cervix together. Am I understanding this correctly? Could you brake through the ab cerclage? I was told that the stitch tares you could lose your uterus or bleed internally. This what I was told by my doc when I asked him about the risks of this procedure. Does anyone know if this is correct? Cindy, you are doing great. When do you see your doc again? how many weeks are you today? You hang in their you can do this. God bless, Taryn To -Re: Digest Number 693 Thanks . It's just so terrifying and the drs. don't offer lots of reassurance. They just don't know. The thing that concerns me (and the drs.,I'm sure) is that I'm funneling through and beyond the stitch. It's very weird.. the stitch is holding, just being stretched out. Funny, all the drs keep telling me to have a glass of wine, and this one said benedryl too!
