Guest guest Posted February 25, 2004 Report Share Posted February 25, 2004 becky, my daughter brigitte is 15 and on baclofen. as a matter of fact we go the 30 of march (if up to it after getting tonsils out on the 11) to talk to the dr her nureolgist is sending us to so we can talk about a baclofen pump. her legs also sissor but not as bad as they did. she was at a no walking at all point and now she can with help. all of her daily task have increased so the dr fells with the pump it will get even better since the pump is targeted to a certain area. i'm glad she takes the pill but have questions about the pump since it will have to be placed with surgery. hope this helps. karen baclofen Daughter age 21,mito complexes 2 & 3 affected. Falling more, legs scissoring worse, becoming more frustrated with daily tasks. Saw dr. cohen yesterday sending her to an adult movement spec. and also trying her on baclofen.
