, thanks for the recipe...sounds like a " trier " ...

I adore popcorn and it whenever I get those " I want volume !!! " cravings....I

do have to be careful cause I can eat a whole bag of the lite micorwave

stuff......I don't do it often but its a good food for those times....not

many calories and lots of fiber !!!

Hi Azin

well i have a thing about popcorn, i did have it before surgery, and it was wintertime and warm and cozy, i thought i would never be able to have it again. Since surgery I have had some popcorn, it doesnt seem to affect me and i dont eat alot of it but at the movies i have had some, i am careful with it and i dont eat anything not popped. I guess everyones situation is different.

Hi Everyone,Is popcorn bad? Not the microwave type but air popped with a tiny bit of oil (just to coat the bottom of the pot). I haven't had surgery yet so I think its okay to have (i know its one of those things you give up after surgery) Any thoughts?Azin

Popcorn is fine in moderation. Be careful, as overconsumption can

cause a bowel obstruction in us in rare cases.

pascha :)
