Guest guest Posted April 22, 2003 Report Share Posted April 22, 2003 I just opened one of these that I bought at GNC. It is the best protein drink I have had yet! I know that we are not supposed to mix up protein drinks more than what we are going to use right away as the protein begins to break down. However, since this was " prepackaged and pre-mixed " do the same rules apply after opening? It is so large that I am afraid I am wasting my money because it will take me so long to drink it.
