chewable EFA & supplementing

Hi, Pam,

Yup, that was me. The brand is Source Naturals and it is a strawberry

flavored gelcap. The cheapest place to get it (and any other

supplements!) is www.iherb.com. They are AMAZING! They ship 2-day

for free for larger orders, and they package impeccably. I also order

my boys' calcium supp through them as well as my hubby and my multi

vitamins, minerals, his EFA and my calcium (OK, do you think I am a

nut yet? I don't consume any dairy either LOL) The calcium supp is

also by Source Naturals, and it's the CalMag 1200. I use this, then I

don't have to worry too much about alternate calcium sources (although

my boys do eat broccoli daily). I get the boys multi through

www.lifeplus.com. They are called Vitasaurus, they are free of all

common allergens, they are very complete and they taste great!

We've gone through about 6 different kids' chewables and these were

the winner, and they are also the most complete.

So, daily, my boys take 2 vitasaurus multis, 1 EFA chewable, 1

tablespoon of the CalMag 1200, and every other day they take a

chewable probiotic bear (Florabear for kids).

Whew! It's a lot, I know. I'm a crazy woman when it comes to

supplementing - I'm also a health food nut - all organic. I really am

nice, though, once you get to know me LOL!!!
