I lost my first child at 14 weeks due to IC. I lost my second at 18 weeks after an emergency vaginal cerclage placed at 14 weeks (I had dilated 3 cm and less than 1 cm of cervix left at 14 weeks with membranes bulging into my vagina). I had the ab cerclage placed with my 3rd pregnancy at 11 weeks and had a healthy baby boy at 35.5 weeks in June 2003. There is always hope for us all!!! Please ask us any questions you have.
