Guest guest
I have a friend who works for the CDC in Atanta so agree with your neighbor because the scary thing is that only 1/3 of the kids that have died have had pre-existing conditions. The rest of the kids have been healthy and have either died from the fever or from a secondary infection because their immune system is so weak! Will is still sick. The Dr. is worried about his airway swelling, we went back to the Dr. on Friday and his ears have gotten worse than they were and he now has tonsilitis. He was on Amoxicillon and it didn't work for the ear infection. The Dr. was shocked because he's not a day care baby and normally only day care babies are immuned to medications! We're taking something stronger and hopefully all of the swelling will go down! > > > > Just heard from DH...he got his results from the last SA he > > had > > > done last week. Guest guest
...hang in there...my little guy had a lot of ear infections with 103-104.? temps. We finally had ear tubes put in which was a miracle. Monday they will now be taking out his tonsils and adnoids. My son too was immune to Amoxicilian, but this is what I took while I was pregnant to ward off infection. I think this has some barring on what they are immune to. Me and my angels will all pray that he gets better soon. It is a very scary thing, but just know that GOD will watch over him. Hang in there.
