Hi. Im the one in the family with the most allergies right now. Although 4/6 kids have celiac, the youngest boy tested neg but has high gliaden and allergy to wheat so he remains on the diet, and the youngest has cerebral palsy and is allergic to wheat,soy,eggs,citrus,dairy and we dont know what else yet. Mine all started in Aug. 2 weeks after having a neg. skin test I had my first anaphlyactic reaction to shrimp, which I ate 2 weeks prior also. Since then Ive developed allergies to just about everything inhaled including latex and other chemicals. Im on an elimination diet right now taking away everything I was eating replacing it with real fresh/frozen selected turkey, veggies,fruits,nuts,no peanuts,spring/mineral water for a few weeks then will introduce the other foods in their purest form one at a time, noting reactions. It goes according to families of foods as well. If youre allergic to eggs, you may have a problem with chicken same as dairy and beef, they come from the same animal. The doctor Im seeing is helping me with the kids as well. I learned so much from him and he spent over 2 hours with me, all lab work is done there also. He takes medicare that and the 5 bottles of nutients/vitamins were less than $l00. It was well worth the trip. I got all the allergies because of Hashimotos Thyroiditis.
