Guest guest
Club Steak with Onions 2 club steaks or any other kind of steak 2 onions, peeled and sliced 1 Idaho potato, peeled and sliced 2 Tbsp. olive oil Salt and pepper to taste !/4 cup water 2 Tbsp. (GF) Worcestershire Sauce Add in the order mentioned: olive oil, onion slices, potato slices and some Salt and Pepper. Season the two steaks with salt and pepper. Add on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle with (GF) flour (about 1 Tbsp.), for thickening while it cooks. Add water and the (GF) Worcestershire. Cover and cook 8 to 10 hours. Serve these steaks, each over one bread slice, topped with the sauce and vegetables. It is a one dish meal and delicious. Serve with salad.
