Guest guest Posted January 27, 2004 Report Share Posted January 27, 2004 7-UP Crockpot Roast 3 to 4 lb. boneless pot roast 1 cup of 7-Up 2 bay leaves Sprinkle with Garlic Wash roast and pat dry with paper towels, place in crockpot. Add bay leaves and sprinkle with garlic. Pour 7-Up over all and set crock pot on high for 4 hours, then low for 2 hours or put on low for 8 hours. Remove roast to platter to cool. Discard liquid. Potatoes, carrots, celery and onions may also be added as the roast cooks. Donna Shane - asthma - allergic to dairy, eggs, pickles, and olives.
