Guest guest
I thought I better send out a quick update. It has been forever since I was around! All is going well here. I have only 7wks before the baby comes. I'll be going to the baby shower this weekend- funny I'll bring the baby, but don't get the gifts! I've had an extra child (3yr boy) since last Wed. We'll be giving him back to his parents Fri. when we pick them up at the airport- they went to Hawii! Between 4 kids and this pregnancy and the holidays, I'm TIRED!!!! But, I'm doing well! We will take Sam to see a nutrionist on Fri. up in Denver and then off to 's Christmas party (that is for the whole family this year)! Then I have a weekend off from the children! I'll be back in Denver with my mom and Nate will keep the kids. Then late Sun. afternoon I'll pick them up and head to my parents for a week! I'm really looking forward to that, although it will make for a long day of driving here and there! But it will be worth it! Other than that, trying hard to avoid the flu! My gosh it has me scared this year. In CO, we've lost 5 or so children to it already. And most have been reported to be healthy with no other problems! YIKES!!! I've become a freak about washing hands and using antibacterial gels! How are all of you doing avoiding it? Trish- (Colorado)Kayla (5)- NA (4)- EA (1½)- anaphylactic to eggs, severe milk, peanut, all tree nuts, soy, fish, & other foods. Guest guest
You make me tired woman! LOL. We all got flu shots and then Mattie, and my dh still got it! The kids were really sick (esp. , I almost took her to the hospital one night) but dh was tired and didn't have an appetite. Other than that, I haven't done anything because I think we are all covered now. LOL It has been really bad here in Utah too. The Children's Hospital is full :-( Drew, 7.5 years, anaphylactic to peanuts, allergic to dogs, environmental allergies, severe eczema, outgrown dairy! Mattie, 5 years, no known allergies , 15 months, no known allergies but avoiding all nuts until she is much older! ----- Original Message ----- Other than that, trying hard to avoid the flu!
