Do you have an item number or the exact name of the product? pam The BEST calcium supplement!!!! OK, here I go again, but yes, you guessed it, www.iherb.com sellsSource Naturals Cal/Mag 1200 which is allergen free (no gluten, soy,dairy, etc etc etc) and is complete with just a tablespoon in a glassof juice. We've used it for over a year and the kids are fine withit. Ages 9-25 1300 - 1500 mg of calcium. 25 and older 1000 mg. Fortified juices 1cup 300mg Cream of Wheat cereal 1cup 65mg tofu 3oz 115mg corn tortilla 2 120mg salmon 3oz 200mg broccoli 1cup 136mg spanich cooked 1cup 160mg kale, bokchoy 1cup 350mg garbanzo beans 1cup 300mg Pinto beans 1cup 200mg carrots 2large 150mg Orange one 55mg raisens 1/2cup 50mg White rice, enriched 1cup 33mg Total Cereal 1cup 1000mg I hope this helps.
