Hi Taryn,

My name is Barbara and I am new to this group. I just saw your post

and I could really identify with that feeling your describing.

During my second pregnancy I had a cerclage placed at 12 weeks and

had funneling down to the stitch at 14 weeks and was placed on

bedrest for the remainder of the preg. I lost the baby at 23 weeks.

I had the same feeling you describe for the last 4 weeks of the

pregnancy. It sometimes felt as though her feet were in my vagina

and she was constantly kicking my cervix. I discussed this issue

many times with my high risk OB and he said that the baby was in the

breech position which is normal and that she would move later in the

pregnancy. He then told me that a lot of pregnant women complain of

this and that it is not a warning sign of something bad. He also

said that because I was high risk with this pregnancy and on bedrest

that I would notice things more and feel them more than a women with

a normal risk pregnancy. After the miscarraige I asked him if the

feet kicking my cervix all the time and the feeling that the baby's

feet were in my vagina had anything to do with my cervix opening up

and he said definitely not. I don't know if he was right or not for

sure but my instincts tell me he was. Maybe the best thing to do is

to call your dr and let them know? Hope this info helps. I'm sorry

you have to worry so much I remember how torturous it could be

sometimes. Hang in there!

Hi Taryn -

I wish I could provide an answer for you but I never felt that. I

would call your doctor to be safe than sorry.

Keep us posted. I will say an extra prayer for you tonight.
