If they aren't allowed... would those that wanted the menu plan (20 carbs perday) email me again so I can send it to you directly? Thanks! I don't know what changes need to be made for post op's but for pre-op's they would be fine the way they are... especially if you are wanting to cut down on the carbs BEFORE the surgery... or if you are told you need to lose a few pounds prior to the BIG DAY. As for my yahoo site with the low carb recipes... I don't know what the heck is going on. The site has worked fine for over a year, but it IS now saying INVALID password... when I requested a new one it shows a blnk... ggggrrrrr Anyway I am hoping it is only a Yahoo famous glitch and as soon as I get it working again I will let everyone know. This is to cut down on the passing of computer viruses through the list. Many lists do this for the same reason.
