Guest guest Posted March 4, 2004 Report Share Posted March 4, 2004 Hi, Brittany, It was long believed that oats contained gluten and were problematic for celiacs (or those who are gluten intolerant). In the past couple of years, after extensive research and testing, it has been proven that oats do NOT contain gluten. HOWEVER - ALL American oats are contaminated. So, for us, oats are out.
