I just wanted to let everyone know that I got approval from my insurance to pay 100% of my TAC that is out of my network. As soon as I get my papers in the mail I will be calling for an appointment with Dr. Haney of University of Chicago. I would like to have the procedure done at the end of October so hubby and I can spend the New Year trying to get pg.

Oh, never mind Carol Lynn! (I asked you in the other post when you're procedure will be). Actually, that's when we were thinking would be the best time too!

I don't know if I should just have Dr. Haney's office call for approval with BC/BS or what. I don't have an OB here, just a RE. I have seen another peri (the guy who wanted to do another Mc). Doesn't the doctor's office take care of the prequalification stuff?

My Ob got the referral aproval from my insurance as she is my

primary. She made them say they would pay 100% of it not the 80% out

of network cost. Beatrix from Dr. Haney's office said to fax her all

the approval stuff I get so I don't have to worry when I get there.

My OB is going to try and come see the procedure if Dr. Haney will

let her.

I hope we are there together!!!

That is GREAT news Carol Lynn. Soon it will all be behind you. Still can't

believe how much hassles you guys in the States seem to have. Here in South

Africa we have medical aids and they pay for the procedure regardless of

where in the country you have anything done. Seems so strange to me.

Anyway I'm glad you have it all approved and you can hopefully have it done

soon.
