quick, yummy, creamy, sweet, and fulla protein. not a bad snack at

all!!

If you want something even tastier...buy the cinnamon DaVinci syrup

and mix up some NF cottage cheese (or Ricotta), canned peaches or

pineapple (in own juice)add a couple of tablespoons of cinnamon

syrup and mix well. You can even put this on a piece of toast and

it tastes like a Danish. (Sprinkle with a bit of nutmeg if desired).

Just one of my " weapons " ;)

Another variation is to mix one packet of your favorite s/f jello powder into

a 24 oz container of cottage cheez. I just found out about this one

yesterday, so haven't tried it yet, but it SOUNDS good to me.

eat the cheese after i rinse it in water?????

Is this " dry curd cottage cheese " ? Or is it regular cottage

cheese that you are proposing to wash?

What brand is it?
