Phew! I was racking my brain trying to figure out how bacon would stand up in a

toaster.

ROFL!! Of course I mean a toaster oven - I never thought that anyone would

think I meant the other kind! Can you imagine trying to get the droopy raw

bacon slices to stand up in the other kind? I'm really sitting here ROFLMAO

picturing about this. I think knew what I meant though. :)

I had to really check to make sure had not written the original

post as using a toaster for bacon could be the kind of action that could

cause the type technical failure that she is so well known for LOL.

I just assumed that Terry meant toaster oven. Did you Terry?

Bacon (was RE: candy, changes....)

Terry,

Be careful cooking bacon in a toaster! They are not made to handle

greasy or grease-producing foods and can easily catch on fire! And

then

what? That could be a difficult fire to smother, and toasters are

often

under overhanging cabinets that could also catch on fire. No way would

I

use a toaster that way... it's meant for bread (that funny non-food

item

that gives us gas, you remember that stuff?) LOL

Yummy! When I just want a couple of

slices for a sandwich or if I'm just making breakfast for me, I cook

them in the toaster and it works just as well.

My reputation precedes me. I'm ok with stove, fridge, coffee pot. Anything more

complicated & it turns on me. Don't know why, I LOVE gadgets!

I keep telling ya, .. It's hard to work those gadgets with

olives on your fingers. They keep making those buttons smaller and

smaller!

Why does such behavior from your hubby not surprise me? Giggle.
