I guess I should add that we had a STARband,

went to Dynamic Orthotics

in Houston (on Almeda in the Medical Center), and have BC/BS of TX

insurance. NO PROBLEMS on the insurance covering. We went to our

pediatrician who referred us to a pediatric neurosurgeon for the scrip.

Because of that, it holds more weight with the insurance company. She

had regular plaster-type casting, and a STARband helmet.
