Guest guest
I love keeping up with the board because when I first had my cerclage and later got pregnant, I didn't have anyone to talk to about it or at least anyone who understood. It's inportant to know that the success stories are abundant and that it can be done! Guest guest
Lou, From what I have observed in the months that I have been a member of the " air family " , I can tell you without hesitation or doubt that you are always in our thoughts and prayers. You can rest easy, surrounded by those that love you and know that the air is filled with the love, admiration and positive thoughts of your extended air family. Guest guest
Lou, you are important to this group. In many ways you are our spiritual guide, showing us the way to live with our disease. If typing is difficult, hopefully that wonderful husband of yours, the nurse, or another family member can do the typing while you dictate. But don't worry about your typing. We all can fill in any gaps and get your message. Thank you for showing us your courage, your perserverance, you ability to remain positive even when everything seems negative. I think of you every day and when I stumble or get negative I think "what would Lou# and get on with living. I love you. Best wishes! Diane IPF June 07New Brunswick, Canada To: Breathe-Support Sent: Friday, May 22, 2009 9:30:15 AMSubject: Re: Beth You've been flooded with get well messages, as rightly you should. We all see you as the Mother of this board, and as all children do, we are saddened and frightened when our Mother is ill. I believe our collective love for you and our prayers for your quick recovery will bring you home soon. Guest guest
Jane, It can cause you to retain sodium which would contribute to fluid build up. It can also cause your kidneys to function less efficiently which means you don't clear fluid as well as you normally would. But mostly it usually has to do with sodium retention. It doesn't always happen but does sometimes.
