I too 180g protein pre-revision. Some fays more, took extra HSN, did everything

right. Had revision, lost only 12# (the regain), still took 180g " protein and

STILL lost some hair! WOW.Imagine MY surprise.

You lose enough to be annoying, and your bangs might be a little thinner, but

usually it just fades out and the new growth is there being annoying too

Okay, I may be thick here but I just want to make sure - chances are you

are going to loose hair, right? Do you get to a point where you look bald?

I have fine hair (although my hairdressers says, I have a lot of it). Are

there

any precautionary measures you can take besides the protein to lessen

it? Forgive me if this has been addressed ad nausea. I'm a relative

newsier to the group.
