I have to chime in here too though. We all know how much information offers us about how to stay healthy and I am very grateful for that. It may not be you, - I've gotten duplicate emails from several Yahoo groups for the last couple of days. I suspect the problem is with Yahoo (known around her as Yuckahoo <G>), not your ISP or Lamar. It's not happening all the time - just often enough to be annoying ... maybe 1 in 20 messages or so is duplicated.
