I will do some research on the toothpaste! It will be fun! :-)

That toothpaste you were talking about from Tom's of Maine, it's terrible. We had gotten all the flavors in a starter thing, and it was just awful.

I asked a friend who was looking for a safe soy sauce a bit ago if she found

anything and this was her reply. I included her website link so you can

check it out.

there's Braggs, which is just fermented soybeans, and then there's

the San-J wheat-free tamari.

i let the girls use the wheat-free tamari periodically (like if we go

out for sushi). i have a recipe on my site for soy-free soy sauce.

but, um, it isn't that tasty.
