Anyone that says they can't tolerate any protein shake hasn't tried choc whey stack! I just finished it in about 6-8 oz of water & I want another LOL As for the Nectar Apple Ecstasy ... BLECH! Too darn sweet! Isopure Zero Carb Blue Raspberry is MUCH better! I still have the other 2 Nectars, optimum choc & 5+1 banana to try. I will keep y'all posted!
