Well...Tuesday was the day i was just *silly* enough to walk with those 5lb ankle weights strapped on...since that day i've regretted it, heck i even took the weights back to the store today! They had to be removed from my house. Tuesday was 1.5 miles with ankle weights. About 15 minutes ago my daughter, Janelle who's 15 and i went out for a walk...no ankle weights...we walked 2.5 miles and what a difference...most of the walk was uphill...not only was it more pleasurable without having to literally concentrate on picking up my foot with every step (those darn ankle weights were heavy...imagine a bag of sugar tied to your ankles! LOL!) but it was nice spending quality time with my lil girl! Sherry--hoping my legs stop spasaming from the walk from......
