Guest guest
Dear , You might want to read up on the Frequently Asked Questions on this site re: ALA dosing. It's not just " any " regular schedule, but in people with amalgams or mercury, the ALA needs to be given every 3-4 hours. More than a 3 day on, 4 day off schedule can be taxing to the body and cause other issues such as yeast problems. ALA is CONTRAINDICATED in people who have high copper (MANY AUTISTIC CHILDREN - I think the research says something like 85% of autistic kids have high copper). ALA makes it difficult for the body to excrete copper. Thank you for taking this very seriously. When people DON'T take it seriously, there can be side effects which are difficult - or worse - to reverse. Guest guest
Hi , Thanks again - I will definitely take a look at the FAQ's re: ALA dosing. Your input is valuable, and I definitely appreciate it - I really do. I'll even have to do further research on the whole subject, on and off this site. Meanwhile, I'll keep your suggestions in mind as I study the issue on my own to see what conclusions I come to. Sincerely, Putz 518-423-0593 > > Dear , > > > > We started giving our son glyconutrients a few weeks ago and are > seeing positive changes.
