I craved raisins for about year while I struggled to get my iron up. sue

There's a great tomato sauce recipe, I think in Lucy's Kitchen cookbook. Take care, Fay

Guest guest
I'm glad you're a good cook, and have the time to do these procedures, it's best recommended to cook on your own, but, I think this it's not fair to say this to Digestive Wellness. They're here to help people that don't have the time to cook the sauce with a ready made sauce. Their service is great, and the food available on their site is fantastic. Many SCD'ers wouldn't be able to make it through without them. I'm actually a little surprised with this comment. " but feel I know my SCD a tad better than Digestive Wellness that used to offer illegal Pomegranate Juice as SCD compliant. We have had to keep an eye on them. I do think they have good intentions. They do a service but I do myself a better one! I put the tomato sauce on to simmer while I do the housework. I am an early riser and yesterday made yogurt, tomato sauce, mayonnaise and muffins before 8:00 a.m. Carol F .. About my message concerning making your own sauce, which may not have been entirely fair: I didn't mean to say that mine is definitely better than DW's but just wanted to encourage people to go where they may never have gone before culinarily. Also, assuming homemade is cheaper, they can then more easily use the money for other legal prepared products, if available.
