Guest guest Posted July 8, 2004 Report Share Posted July 8, 2004 Granola Candy Serves 12 1/2 cup fat-free granola cereal or low-fat fruit granola 1/2 cup crispy puff corn cereal 2 tbsp raisins or dried cranberries, if desired 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp reduced-fat peanut butter Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Mix granola, corn puff cereal and raisins in medium bowl. Heat remaining ingredients in 1-quart nonstick saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted. Immediately pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated. Shape mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls, using wet hands. Place on waxed paper. Refrigerate at least 10 minutes.
