> 1/2 cup chopped celery

> 1/2 cup chopped onion

> 2 cloves garlic (minced)

> 1/4 teaspoon salt

> 1 tablespoon basil

> 1 tablespoon parsley

> 1/4 teaspoon red pepper

> 2 2/3 cups steamed rice

> DIRECTIONS

> Heat the oil in a large skillet and sauté the chicken

> about 5 minutes on each side.
