I can't eat any fruit or fruit juices at all. I test frequently. If I want to snack and my numbers are higher than I like, I won't eat. I'll have a diet coke and wait until they come down. This is not will power, it is pure fear. Can you eat grape tomatoes? I have been able to eat a whole bowl for dinner when noone wanted a meal and see no rise on the bg's.
