Because I don't do rice (or anything but microwave popcorn) in a bag, I would suggest you just use rice that is either cooked fresh or left over from another meal. To be honest, I am sure this recipe probably used white rice. If you have and use brown rice, it would be much healthier. New question ;-) Do you use the glycemic index as a way of determining what you use in your diet? If you have never " met " it, may I recommend that you browse Mendosa@... .
