Guest guest
We have been drinking fluoride-free water and using fluoride-free toothpaste for about 2 years. My daughter's recent trip to the dentist revealed three cavities. My son, same age, hasn't shown any cavities yet, so I guess it is just her--but she is a real good brusher and doesn't eat sugar, so I don't know what to think about the decay. She's close to puberty--the dentist is blaming it on this, for some reason. No mercury in fillings she will be getting, of course. I don't want to return to fluoride because dental amalgam activists say it is bad, but I don't want this rate of decay either! We have had sealants on her teeth, but I guess they have worn off. We'll be putting sealants on again. Any other ideas? Thanks, Diane
Guest guest
I remember reading about reminalization of teeth using a mouthwash of raw milk and minerals. I can't remember where I saw the information, though. Perhaps someone else knows where the information can be found. Aches and twinges in my teeeth disappeared and I have had no problems since - even tho' I can feel one spot with my tongue where a filling has fallen out and needs replacing. Also, use sea salt - not table salt- in small doses as a multi-mineral Steve
