Guest guest Posted July 5, 2004 Report Share Posted July 5, 2004 Lemon Crisps 1 pkg cake mix lemon flavor with pudding (18.25 oz) 1 cup crispy rice cereal 1/2 cup margarine melted 1 large egg Combine all ingredients, stirring mixture well. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 9 minutes or until edges are golden. Cool on cookie sheets 1 minute; remove to wire racks and cool completely.
