Guest guest Posted July 13, 2004 Report Share Posted July 13, 2004 Healthy Exchanges by Jo Lund Cacciatore Chicken Breasts 2 tbsps Kraft Fat Free Italian Dressing 1/2 cup sliced onion 1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper 8 ozs skinned and boned uncooked chicken breasts, cut into 2 pieces 1 tsp JO's Italian Seasoning 1 tsp Sugar Twin or Sprinkle Sweet 1 cup (8 oz) stewed tomatoes, undrained In a large skillet, heat Italian dressing. Add onion and green pepper. Mix well to combine. Evenly arrange chicken pieces in skillet. Cook 6 to 8 minutes, turning chicken after 4 minutes. In a small bowl, combine JO's Italian Seasoning, Sugar Twin and undrained stewed tomatoes. Spoon tomato mixture evenly over chicken. Lower heat.
