Guest guest
Hi, yes dehydration is a big cause of leg cramps. Because of my kidney transplant, I have to go to the bathroom about every two hours. The new kidney doesn't yet know it's supposed to hold on to urine LOL It'll grow smarter as time goes on. So I have leg cramps quite a bit if I don't drink alot. Also, potassium, magensium & calcium are important. I found that the quinnine gave me ringing in the ears & dizziness so I can't take it. peace, DJ type 1 since age 17, 1973 Kidney Transplant 2000 Transplant failed because of mixture of Zoccor & Tricor with anti-rejeciton meds 2003 Kidney Transplant 2004 " It's amazing I won.
