Dear Jeanie,

I'm glad to hear you sorted out a major problem. My mother has

thyroid problems, so I know how difficult achieving proper thyroid

hormone levels can be. I hope sorting this out helps you have a

happier holiday.

Finally, you might consider trying L-glutamine. I can certainly

understand your frustration with your doctor, but I also know how

mercury can make people unusually irritable at times. If you are low

in it, glutamine can help with this allot.
