In reply to in Connecticut, I currently am trying new prescription

drugs for my RLS. I do find that walking or using my stationary bike or

treadmill helps a great deal. However, If I use them during the evening I

find I can't quite relax. I guess what the Dr. and everyone else says, is

exercise is great, but if you're having problems sleeping, try not to do it in

the evening, because it ups your energy level. Good luck with your efforts,

I am getting lots of rest, even though I did go back to work this week.

I am still on prednison so my sugars are still really high.
