I started slow, with three minutes several times a day and am up to 20 minutes. I also do Tai Chi as well daily. I would be interested in what all of you do to exercise. I saw my doctor today, know those labs i had last week, well I didn't study and i have a very bad report card. My HA1C was 9.4, everything else was way off as well. These days I get down to 170 or so my body is acting like it is 50. So i am taking 3 days off insulin and then going back on will take my oral meds, and see if that will jump start it some. Sounds scary to me. They are talking of putting me in the hospital on an insulin drip. I am not sure whatthat is, but i don't like the sound of it. Rita, I am really glad that you are safe from the storms. Marilyn, Thank you in advance to the quick and easy recipes. I have fibromyalgia, and that would make things so much easier for me. Jamez, You will have to let us know that your head is ok. I have had headaches and migraines my whole life, have about every test there is and they didn't find anything either. Bye for now...
