Fruit Salad

1-1/2 cups cubed canteloupe

1-1/2 cups cubed honeydew melon

2 medium peaches, peeled and sliced

1 cup cubed, fresh pineapple

1 cup grapes, halved

1 medium orange, peeled, seeded and sliced

1 cup unsweetened Mandarin oranges

1 medium banana, sliced

16 oz fat-free sour cream

1/4 cup brown sugar

Juice of 1 orange

Juice of 1 lemon

3 tbsps pineapple juice

1 tsp cinnamon

Combine fruit, except banana, in large bowl and refrigerate. Combine

remaining ingredients in small bowl and mix well. Refrigerate. To serve,

add bananas to fruit. Toss with dressing and spoon in individual dishes.

Serves 12
