Guest guest
Hi Bubbathebird, Do you think that the sun is sweating the sugar out of our bodies or our bodies change seasonally? Candi > I think heat does affect bs levels. I fineshed cement for15 plus years in oklahoma. I had a harder time with bs levels in the summer than I did in the cooler months an we did the exact same work all year around.
Guest guest
I THINK Its a combo of things. When its hot I think you burn more calories. I think your body works harder. I would much rather work a full hard day is 40 degree weather than a full day in 105 weather. I feel better. Plus if its 40 degress outside it should be a shorter winter month LOL...
