I like the idea of children supporting children, but realize it would require a lot of supervision. I know you have your diabetes down pat, and your daughter must be pretty good by now, too. Have you ever tried Jo Lumd's recipes? Her kids book is so nice for young people (older ones, too) I love that she does salads and desserts that kids can enjoy with out blowing the carbs completely. Does your daughter have a pump? I am reading a lot of good things about them and have seen them at my 12 year old's school.
