Guest guest
Hi, I have been following the posts from Tim and those attempting to be of help to him. I am hoping that he is doing better, has anyone heard? Since I have not started to remove amalgams or chelate yet, I must say that Tim's experience has been quite startling. From what I read in his posts, it seemed that he did all the right things. Was supplementing, had the precautions when removing, and yet this reaction he is having seems pretty severe to me. First of all, I would really like to know why he had so much trouble if anyone has any ideas? Secondly, I wonder since he is having this severe a reaction, is that all that can be done to help him, is to suggest keep up the supplements, take more vitC, take epsom salt baths? Thanks in advance for any input and thoughts on this. Also, Tim, if you are reading posts, I am thinking of you and hoping that you are feeling better. Guest guest
If Tim is out there he ought to get Andy's book to his doctor. One of the things he can do is niacinamide 4 times a day, C 4 times a day, grapefruit seed extract four times a day, and drinking at least 4 glasses of grafefruit juice per day helped me enormously. Also I have Xanax, which helps me with the waking and going back to sleep part of chelating with ALA. Other stuff that has helped in is Vinpocetin for ear-ringing and magnesium. I have been taking Taurine for some of my chemical sensitivities along with the niacinamide, etc. and they have calmed down. I don't know what will happen if I get spray drift from pesticides, though. Due to obvious cardiovascular problems I use Co enzyme Q10, and often used 5HTP along with it just for kicks. Andy says we are CoQ10 deficient in his book. I was also both eating licorice extract and licorice candy from the HFS. Along with everyone else, I'll be happy to speak backchannel to Tim if he is just too sick to handle group. Anyone who is in dire straits ought to know that many of us get really sick from chelating. I was not a happy camper but now I see the improvement, with multi-tasking, remembering who I spoke to and most of what I said, where I put stuff, why I am the particular room I am in. So take heart. However, I don't feel very good during the chelation, but I do feel and look much better the day after.
