Dirty Bag Shrimp Serves 4 1 lb shell-on shrimp 1 tbsp celery salt 1 tbsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp cayenne 1 tsp thyme Steam or boil and drain the shrimp well. Place in paper bags with the spices and shake it like it's Shake 'n' Bake.Tear open the bags and get your hands dirty.
