Guest guest Posted July 6, 2004 Report Share Posted July 6, 2004 Velveeta Light Tuna Mac 2 cups water 2 cups (8 oz) elbow macaroni, uncooked (wheat pasta) 1/2 lb (8 oz) Velveeta Light Reduced Fat Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen vegetable blend 1 can (6 oz) tuna in water, drained, flaked 2 tbsp fat free milk Bring water to boil in saucepan. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Add prepared cheese product, vegetables, tuna and milk. Stir until prepared cheese product is melted and mixture is thoroughly heated.
