I talked to last week.....he took first vacation in 2 yrs. Much

needed.

I ordered Spectrum Support, but not sure how long it takes to get. He spent

a long time on the phone with me, very helpful.

He sounded incredibly busy, so maybe I just got lucky. I just kept calling

everyday.

I'm in the same town as Brainchild and I see at least a couple

times a week (our kids go to the same school). He's nowhere near the

'ominous' stage, as a matter of fact sales are increasing much faster than

he can keep up with, which is the main problem right now with getting a

response from him. I did pass on your feedback about his answering machine

message change when I talked with him today.

I know its frustrating waiting for the BC vitamins. With any luck, he'll

be able to expand his operation soon to keep up with demand, but it's hard

to find capital right now, as you can imagine. I personally think they're

worth the wait, if you can hang on, but I completely understand how you feel.

We were always happy with Lang's products. During his

transition to another manufacturing facility we placed a refill

order. This was in November 2001, with a ship date of January. By

March we still had not received our product, however, our VISA had

been charged at the time we placed the order (usually you're charged

when the product ships). We were no happy about this. Lang

has been very helpful to us, and we did like his products, however,

we're waiting until we're more confident in this " new " operation.

Well, it's not a matter of worth the wait; have come to depend on this

stuff, and if he cares about his customers he will answer his emails! We

ordered the stuff thinking that if we got it in a couple weeks, we'd be

ok. We are only in Merced; if I'd know it would take this long I would

have driven over there and got it myself. Now we can't get a hold of him

at all. Call me crazy, but this is ominous. I don't look forward to

hunting down more vitamins, but we _have_ to have them, and soon. He

should have said it would take 6 weeks or more, instead of charging our

card and taking his own sweet time. Bad business.

Hi,

I am also having problems getting my refund from them. I had

originally placed an order for SSII IN March. But I didnt get

anything for nearly six weeks. So I went ahead and cancelled the

order, spoke twice to Mr. lang to refund the money on my

card, which he still hasn't done inspite of repeated reminders. I

havn't faced such a problem even from less reputed dealers.

Dont know what the problem is. I beleive Lang does

understand our situation and try to make life easier for us instead

of harder.

Troubled and harried,

If you have made good faith attempts at reconciliation of this

problem, and you paid by credit card, you can follow your card

company's procedure for the card company to reverse the charge. I

would recommend you do that, call the card company and explain your

situation, that you have tried to correct it with the merchant but

with no luck. The card company will tell you its procedure to remove

the charge, and tell you want paperwork is required, generally the

dates of any phone conversations, what was said, copies of anything

written, etc.

I don't like recommending this against a company, especially

BrainChild because I think he is probably doing his best, but what

you describe here is definitely not good business practice. So if you

have tried and failed to have resolution of this problem, I do believe

you are entitled to a reversal of the charge, and if he won't

voluntarily do it, then you can have the card company do it for you.

Freeda vitamins makes vitamins for very sensitive people.

http://www.freedavitamins.com.

My kids always liked the Animal Parade ones from the health food

store. We also used the Danplex and All-One (health food store), but

the taste is rather bad in my opinion so I put the powder into

capsules and we just swallow them, if that is an option.

I hate to jump on this bandwagon, but I too have been less than pleased with

Brainchild lately.

First of all, I want to say that I loved their products, my son never looked

healthier when on them. But I placed an order LAST SEPTEMBER, and never

received it. Then learned of the manufacturing problems, etc. I had spoken

to Mr. Lang on two occasions after that regarding a refund of my money,

which he said he would do. I have yet to receive my refund, and since

January of this year have made several calls and emails with no response

whatsoever.

I have since, of course, switched to another product and am happy with our

new product, but am very disappointed in how this has all been handled by

Brainchild.

Again, I hesitated to write this, because I think they have an excellent

product, but that does not excuse what has been going on with the way that

business has been handled.

And I was TOLD by Mr. Lang himself that he would refund me, that was LAST

YEAR, and I have not received it.

For that reason alone, I will not do business with them anymore. It has

nothing to do with the products, they are very good IMO, but the business

just does not seem stable enough to me.

Can anyone tell me what Brainchild supplements liquid tastes like and any good

or bad experience.

My son will swallow pills, but he has to take about 10 a day to get everything

he needs.

This product seems to have a majority of what I am now giving in pill form.

Thank you,

Sawyer

I tried BC 2 times without success. The first time I was giving the low-dose

minerals in juice. He went crazy. So I removed it and waited, then tried

giving an even smaller dose -- just a drop, really -- right off the spoon. It

seemed to go OK so I added the vites, again, just a few drops. But building up

to

even 1/4 t. brought back the craziness -- vile mood, hyper, just not pretty.

When I removed the BC he was fine, so I concluded that he doesn't tolerate

something in the formula. I may have tried this 3 times, can't remember at this

point. Sometimes I have to try things more than twice to make sure the problem

wasn't something like not getting enough sleep that week.
