Guest guest
Interesting. At the risk of being Moderated and Banned, I just did a survey of 's postings since his first on 5/30/04. has posted 66 times since 5/30/04. 36 of those have been supportive and/or informative responses to everyone including Marilyn. 2 asked Marilyn for clarification of terms or statements. 3 were in mild disagreement with other members. 1 in mild disagreement with 3 were in mild disagreement with Marilyn. 1 this morning was stronger, in response to being scolded through missinterpretation of my comments. In none of his postings do I see anger, intimidation or " rage " . Please define your interpretation of " rage " . How many and on what dates? Specifically, what outbursts of " rage " have occurred? Specifically, how many members has caused to leave? What were their specific reasons for leaving? Specifically, what TOS violations have occurred and reported? Why are we not allowed to see the Membership and Moderator lists? Then there would be no question who is or isn't a Moderator. Guest guest
Ok. Back here finally. And the first thing I see is this. Just want to chime in. First of and this is just IMHO Yahoo is a free service and the 'owners' of the groups can do darn well what they want. It IS a dictatorship per se..hahahaha It doesn't MATTER what you think really. We don't pay for the service. Most groups do not show members due to spam and harvesting names. If the owner wishes to let someone know who is moderator they wlll. They also do NOT need to baby us and tell us or give a reason why they do something. I think it is above wonderful that the owner is getting together with the mods and seeing if they should ban. Most don't take the time. If we want better groups, go somewhere else, and pay for it. If someone bothers someone... Well.. Most get over it. I'm not saying is or isnt whatever or anything. I'm not defending anyway. Just pointing things out. Same as if something happens on yahoo, your ID gets screwed up, the group gets cut, your bouncing for no apparhent reason (HI!) Well yahoo is a free service and personally could care less about you. So... Lets be glad we have A GROUP to go to, thank the owner for service and hope he does good things. A group takes a LOT OF TIME. I know. I am 'owner' of a couple and mod for even more. Between moderating people joining to moderating messages I must spend HOURS on here. Ok off soap box Back to your regularly scheduled show.
