Guest guest Posted July 6, 2004 Report Share Posted July 6, 2004 Salsa Sloppy Joes Serves 8 1 lb extra lean ground beef (or a combination of ground beef and ground turkey breast) 1 (10 oz) can tomato soup 1 (16 oz) jar mild salsa 1 cup reduced fat Monterey jack and cheddar cheese mix Butter-flavor cooking spray 8 whole wheat sandwich rolls Brown beef until thoroughly cooked. Drain beef and stir in soup and salsa. Heat mixture until bubbly. Stir in cheese and continue to mix just until cheese melts. Spray inside of rolls with cooking spray and lightly toast. Spoon 2/3 cup of beef mixture onto each roll and serve hot.
