Guest guest Posted July 6, 2004 Report Share Posted July 6, 2004 Chile Con Queso Serves 8 4 oz reduced-fat processed cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes 1/3 cup chunky salsa 1 can (16 oz) fat-free refried beans 1/4 cup well-drained canned chopped green chiles Combine all ingredients and put in a microwave-safe dish. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir.
