Hi, my name is Jump. I'm 33 years of age, I was

diagnosed with juvenile onset diabetes at age 1 1/2. I'm very happy

to see that there are support groups for people with diabetes on the

web. I'd love to hear from anyone from any walk of life.

Peace,

.

Hey welcome to the group, I, myself am fairly new to this group, but I

belong to 2 others, and have for the past two years, I am a Type Two

diabetic..and Thank you Lord, I have not come to the point of having to take

insulin..so far it is just diet, exercise, and the occasional acto's or

glipazide if the sugars are a bit high... there are literally thousands of

groups that you can find on the web... could be a bit scary..lol, I belong to

this one, and then I am a moderator on the recipes4diabetes

group, and a member of typetwo I find all to be excellent

sources of information, recipes, and just group support for the life that we as

diabetes have to live and the challenges that it entails...

Does that mean life long? You tell us. You may be close to the top of

the list???

When you were tiny, what did they do? Is it second nature? You must

need insulin, right.
